I had the same issue with AAA and ME. My agent assured me she took care of it but I didn't trust it. I called the 800# for ME before the trip to find out she did set up ME but did not give them my flight information. They told me they already sent out the ME info and tags so it would not have the info on it. The flight info does not have to be printed on the ME info as long as ME has it in their system they know when to expect you and set up for your return trip. My agent called me about 2 weeks later and she acted like I never gave her my flight information. I told her I gave her that information two days after I booked with her but not to worry about it that I called ME myself and fixed her mistake. You can call ME anytime to book it or just to update changes in flights etc.
