Is there anyone who can help me with a question on a pillow sham?

I purchase a custom pillow sham on etsy, it's one I contacted the seller to see if she could make for me and I would like to be able to post a picture of it in PM to ask a question on someone who knows a lot more about sewing pillows then I do. I asked for a pink polka dot ruffle or a pink binding around the edge and I don't believe what is there would qualify as either but I wanted to ask someone else before I contacted the seller and because the quality of someone's work is in question I don't want to post pictures publicly about it.

Do you just want someone to look at the picture and tell you if what she did is a ruffle or a binding? I can do that
