Is there any expression you say that makes you feel like a dork?

I've been saying "Okily Dokily" lately and it is really irritating me. All I can think of everytime I say it is Homer Simpson telling me to "Shut up Flanders".

I've been saying "Yippee Skippee" lately too and I actually like it but other people probably think I'm out of my gourd. ;)

Holycow!

I say it all of the time and I get the strangest looks from people.

"Neat!"

MosMom, DS, who is 3, has been saying Yippee Skippee a lot lately too!

I'm always saying "Neat!" or YIKES.

Zita Supita.:o I've had to watch Zenon and Zenon the Sequal with my dd too often.:o

Okey Smokey is another one that makes me sound geekish.:o

Okey Smokey

Yeah, that is another one here only I have a dokey in there too so it "Okey Dokey Smokey". Hahaha that even makes it dorkier.

Every once in a while "Now you're cooking with gas" slips out of my mouth. My first grade teacher used to say that all the time. It's sure outdated now. :teeth:

Not that I've noticed from me (although I'm sure I have some), but my DH has some that he says ALL THE TIME and they drive me NUTS!

- "Your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, and all the ships at sea!" (what does that MEAN anyway????)

- "Later, man" (at the end of a conversation with any male)

- "Affirmative" and "Negative" (for yes and no and he's never even been in the military)

"Good grief!" or "Oh, brother!" Do I think I'm in a Peanuts cartoon or something!
