Is there any CS sushi on DDP?

Okay, so no tuna, no salmon, no yellowtail, no eel, etc., but yet California Rolls.

Yakitori House at Japan in Epcot also has sushi rolls and it's counter service.

I believe the CS place in Japan had what they called Tokoyo rolls, we ordered these and ginger cake and green tea for a CS credit.

How is a California Roll not sushi?

It was a joke -- sort-of. Sushi has a long history going back at least 700 years. The California Roll, by comparison, was invented in Los Angeles in the 1970s.
