Is there an opening ceremony when epcot opens daily?

I know the other three parks do something w. the characters right before opening time for those at the ropes, (at least I know MK and AK and I think MGM) but I never heard of anything w. epcot?

also, if there is anything, how would people coming in from the epcot resorts get to see it?

I have never been to the Iternational Gateway enterance but last Sunday at the Future World enterance they had a number of characters come out and then a family drove by up in one of Test track cars and we did a short countdown, they let down the rope and everyone took off towards Soarin.

I am not sure about the International Gateway bit either. We usually have the opportunity of using it, but, then again, we could never be on time for a show anyway.
