Is there an online ADR FAQ somewhere?

I'm finding the system kind of difficult to navigate.

Also, I made a couple of ADRs now when I log in I cannot for the life of me figure out how to retreive them. I did find someplace where it looked like I could access them if I had the reservation number, but I didn't write them down. I figured I would be able to pull them up when I logged into the website or by my phone number.

And what's this about "linking" them to your reservation? I couldn't see anything about that either.

YEs - and no!

There is a long thread that is part of the sticky here -

but there is more questions than answers -

the special Link thread has this > http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2205963

within the FAQ the mod highlighted another set of very helpful directions:

http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=33415034&postcount=2698

but there were 2 other threads that I found helpful - one had the number to the tech dept that was listed on the DIsney dining page!!

but because of the stupid red E210 (or whatever the dreaded "E" code numbers are!) there have been numerous threads about the problems in gettng online adr to work in Jan! (2010) Those that had December arrival dates were successful in getting Jan to open up - most other posts that start their journey in Jan - not so muc!

Stinky Pete, there's no way to pull up your ADRs online if you don't have the ADR reservation numbers. You'll have to call Disney dining, and they can find them for you.

As far as linking the ADRs to your reservation, when you're on the restaurant's reservation page, there a place there, just above the calendar, that reads: "If you log in or register before you make your reservations, you can retrieve and view them later online." Click on the words "log in," which will be in blue, and log into the site. (If you've never logged in before, click on the word "register" to create a log in name and password.) There's still no one place on the site that you can go, even after you do all this, that will let you pull up all your ADR's at once by just entering one thing, like a phone number or resort reservation. You'll still need to record all your ADR numbers elsewhere and retrieve them by entering each one individually. Disney will supposedly email all your ADRS to you after you've made them, but some have said this didn't work, so I wouldn't depend on it. It's best to make your own independent record of any future ADR numbers.

Edited to add: if you do make future online ADRs and have the numbers and want to check on them, go to the Disney general site and log in. Then go to "my disney vacation" (the orange suitcase in the upper right corner). Don't click there - just let your cursor hover there so that a list drops down. Then click on "dining reservations." You can then enter your ADR numbers and phone number - click on "retrieve multiple reservations" and it will keep opening up more boxes for you - and check on them or print them from the screen. You can enter an email address there and have them all emailed to you, but that doesn't always work. If you need to cancel an online ADR, once you have retrieved it, there's a "cancel" box on the right side of the ADR information.
