'Tis to laugh. The NBC site just tells you how little of the Olympic Winter Games they are actually going to broadcast.

In Canada, thanks to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's practice of suspending practically all other television broadcasting we get amazing coverage of the Olympic Games. While most of the NBC coverage will be tape delay, the Canadian coverage is usually live with very little tape delay.
