I thought last year there was a general "planning" forum... but I can't find it so I'm probably just wrong.

Here's the subject of a post I want to make:

"Celebration" recommendations for 40th anniversary?

and I also want to ask some questions about grand gatherings...

where would posts like this belong?

Basically that would be the Theme Park attractions and Strategies board. Try posting those questions there unless they specifically pertain to dining or a resort.
