You can go to the WDW page http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/parks/parkLanding?id=MKLandingPage and at the bottom use the Contact Us link. This will get your message to the right person. I have used this many times, have always received a reply and I have talked to the CM's in person afterwards and they have received recongnition.
