is there an ecv area for the candlelight processional

There are several HA spots that fit ECV's throughout the theater.

Get there early so that you can get the best seat, though. We got there 30 min early (we had the package) and they had already let in a large group of folks and we had to transfer to a regular seat (we were with someone that can't walk or stand up, so this was a slight inconvenience for us).

Anyway...they have lots of spots, but also lots of people lining up to see the wonderful performance!

Enjoy it!

They will ask you if you want to transfer or remain in the chair etc. We got there pretty early once and I got the last wheelchair place for our show.

Another time I did transfer out but I told them I cant do alot of stairs etc, so I think we got the 2nd row from the wheelchair seating. Then they still kept asking us to move. I think I told them I wasnt moving any more. We ended up by the sign language interpreter, which was interesting.

I am planning on just staying in the wheelchair in dec. since it will only be dh and I.

This message is not directed at the OP or anyone in particular as I certainly don't know anyone's abilities, but as a courtesy, if you can transfer and sit comfortably in one of the seats, PLEASE do so! There are people who cannot transfer ( see Maroo's post) who would be turned away or have to endure being hauled into a seat by someone else. These shows always fill to capacity and if you are in an ECV or manual chair, this is why you will be asked to transfer if possible. You will see many, many, many people in w/c's and ECV's in line. If you want to be guaranteed a seat, you really should consider a dinner package.---Kathy
