Is there a way to CALL Skyauction???

I won a Ready Set Go auction at the end of August and made a reservation at Cypress Pointe Grandvillas for the week of Dec. 3-10. Skyauction sent me a confirmation and guest certificate. I just called Cypress Pointe and they have no reservation for me. So now I'm just a wee bit freaked out. I can't find a number for Skyauction on their website, and I really want to get this cleared up. I don't want to have to wait for days to have them answer my email. Does anyone have a number for them??
 
they shouldn't take too long.

they called me once - when I requested a pet friendly villa telling me that CWR did not have them - I told them I knew it did. they send me a letter then confirming my rservations...

so send them an email - sorry you are having these problems.
 
Don't worry, the same thing happened when we booked Cypress Pointe through skyauction, I don't think they transfer the reservation to your name until about 48 hours before check in date, I think it is held through RCI until then.

They used to have a phone number listed at the bottom of the page where you viewed the available resorts on RSG. I have it written in my phone book at work, so if you don't get it before then from someone else, I will post it tomorrow.

exactly as faye states.....the reservation will appear in the cypress grand villa as a RCI reference that is rolled over before you arrive

the number riu posted is the number for Skyauction, they usually are very helpful when you call...

on a side note. before we went to florida last week we got a ups express package from skyauction, however, the airline tickets and hotel confirmations were not for us but for someone who was travelling to brazil in march 2006

a quick call to skyauction and they gave me their ups account number so i could return the "package"....never did find out how the "mistake" happened since we always get our confirmations via email
 
Thanks so much, your responses really made me feel better (just had a minor panic attack!) I will try the number you gave first thing in the morning, Suzy. Hopefully it will all work out fine. I sure do appreciate your reassurances!
 
Just wanted to let you know I called Skyauction this morning and everything worked out. They put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then came back and said they called Cypress Pointe and were faxing over the document so that the reservation would be in my name. They were very nice about it, and when I called Cypress Pointe later the reservation was in fact there under my name. What a relief. Thanks so much for relieving my anxiety (and for the phone number Suzy!) :goodvibes

Laura you'll absolutely fall in love with Cypress Pointe. We've been staying there for the past 10 years as my family are owners there and I feel so "at home" when I walk through the door! :sunny:

OH MY GOD! I'm so glad to see this post. I too just called CPGV to confirm for next week & they don't have my ressie. I came here looking for a phone # to SkyAuction.

I can calm down a bit now. But I'm still calling.
