Is there a way to bypass the automated system when checking for discounts?

It seems it takes a long time to plug in phone, zip, address, last name and first name.

Does this system tell you if you have a PIN code? I would prefer this over talking to a CM. How do I get to it?

Unfortunately, the 'system' does not tell you if you have a PIN, you still need to talk to a CM. But every time I call, it routes me to this 'system' to plug in all my info before I can speak to someone.

The only time(s) that I've been able to bypass some of the automated system was to keep pressing 00000000000 instead of putting in my telephone number. Sometimes, it still asks for the rest of my information but at other times, it puts me on hold for a castmember.

I press "0" when it asks you to say or key in your telephone number and it has always sent me straight to a person.

Also, when it is repeating your information back to you if you say "no" that it isn't correct twice it'll go ahead and let you talk to a person. (My name is difficult to spell and it never gets it right)

I say, "Blah blah blah blah blah" super fast. I then answer no, do it again and presto! You get a CM.
