Is there a Universal planning video? How can I get one?

The last time I went to Orlando, I was told there was a Universal planning video available--similar to the ones Disney puts out every year. Universal was "sold out" of them at that time.

Do they make them every year? Do they offer them via an 800 number that one of you nice people could share here?

I cant remember how long ago they stopped offering the video but it is a while now. I find it odd that I couldnt find (easily anyway) any area on thier website offering ANY kind of planning materials. Seems odd. I emailed anyway and am curious what the response will be.

I called and they told me they did'nt have a video nor do they send out info, they told me to use there website. They should really invest in some type of video or planning kit imo.

What if people dont have a PC...they cant get info on Universal? Doesnt sound very wise.

I agree. Universal's website is lacking. It needs a feedback form like Disney for questions instead of just listing phone numbers. I also wish they had a Universal store for purchasing merchandise like the Disney store. They also need a planning video.
