Is there a quiet room for special needs?

My 20 yo son is on the spectrum. He’s been going to Disney since he was 5 and does ok. I never knew quiet rooms existed until we found one at Universal a few years back.

He can walk back to hotel by himself if things are too much, but I’d like to know just in case. Maybe at first aid?

Depending on when you are going, you might also look for Quick Service restaurants or other areas currently closed as they may still have outdoor seating and low crowds in those areas.

First Aid is a good choice because it is nicely air conditioned. Also, the area outside of First Aid is usually quiet and shaded.

We sometimes went upstairs at Golden Horseshoe. I don't know if it's open now, but there is a lot of seating and generally not many people up there. There are also tables.
