Is there a preferred tower at RPH?

I have a reservation for a standard room. Should I request a particular tower/room? I like to be as close a walk as possible to the exit for parks and/or pool.

at Tower 1 or 3, the walk is very short.

the closest to the pools and boat taxi would be tower 3

When at RPR we always request Tower 3. Closest to the boat .

WE prefer Tower3, tower 1, is quite good as well, but all are only a short walk to to the boat or parks.

We like tower 1 or 3, I always request that I not be put in tower 2 becuase of the smoking and pet rooms.

When do you make your request? Is it when you check in, or do you call before hand?

We usually send a fax , about 1 week prior to arrival, but usually have them make a note on our reservation as well ,when we book.
