The Palm Parkway office is the closest and then I'd suggest Celebration. There are lots of places to mail things on property but it seems to take forever for things to make it through the WDW mail handling process so if you're in a hurry, I'd go off property.

The Celebration Post Office was designed by Michael Graves, who also designed the Swan and Dolphin Hotels.

at most, if not all, of the resorts will take mail for you, but if you're in a hurry, Celebration has the closest actual Post Office.

The Swan/Dolphin has a receiving a shipping department. I imagine the concierge can help with this also. I'm sure most resorts have a S/R dept as some guests ship items to the resort.
