Is there a planning DVD for Universal like WDW has???

I have looked for some sort of planning/promotional dvd or video as Disney has and have not been able to find one.
Does Universal have one and if so, how do you order one?

They don't have one anymore. They stopped making them several years ago.

You're reading the best planning site on the planet for IOA/USF.

A video or DVD would just be all the cheesy stuff most can't afford, like back massages, and real fancy dinners. While many splurge on a visit to Emerils, and Tchoup Chop, I don't hear about many talking about their massage and spa treatments that you find highlited on most of those videos.

But if there's something specific you're interested in, just ask.

If you go on the Universal site, you can watch little video clips of each of the rides.

(I showed them to my almost 5 yr old to get a feel for what he might be too young for...it didn't help much, he's fearless and wants to ride EVERYTHING! I had to list for him which one's he's not tall enough to ride so that he's not disappointed.)
