Yes, one night is fine. You'll get the 60 day in advance FPs for your check-in day and your check-out day. Days beyond those two will be a rolling 60 days for each day of ticket use.

At the time you book your FPs for April 22nd your window will be open to book for the 23rd as well. So, it's 60 days prior to April 22nd.
