Is there a membership card???

Hi:

Newbie question... We received our book that gives us all our options for our membership, but we have not gotten a card that has our memebership on it, are we supposed to get one so we can show it for any discounts that may be out there? We are going to be going to SSR Dec 19 -23 so, I want to make sure we have it if we need it.

We got our cards about 10 days after we joined. So depending on when that happened... If you don't get them by the 1st of Dec though I would call and ask when they were sent or could they send new ones.

I'm pretty sure you should have gotten a temporary card with your kit. did you not get one?

Did you buy direct or resale? If it was direct, a temporary (paper) one should have came with the papers to sign. Resale, I'm not sure how long it takes but you can get a temporary one at the SSR sales center.

I bought resale and it took just over a month to receive my membership card. It just came yesterday, I was so excited!

My brother and SIL just joined in Sept of this year and they got a paper card right when they signed their papers. Their permanent card came in the mail about 2-4 weeks later.

We joined over 10 years ago so things have changed a little from when we came into the club. For the better I might say!

We bought through Disney and with all of our documents we got temporary cards to use...did you receive these?
