Is there a March 2011 code watch thread?? This must be it!!

We've been there the last week of March and everyday was plenty warm enough for swimming. I'm pretty sure The Flower and Garden Festival is during that time also. This time we are going the first full week of March, so I'm also hoping for swimming weather

This year we were in WDW March 14-22 and the pool water was warm (heated) but the air temp was pretty cool. But froze when we got out of the pool but still swam 3 of 7 days. One day it rained for several hours. Now March 2009 (same dates) the air temp was in the upper 70's to low 80's and the pool water was warm and we swam everyday.

2009 is the first year we went during spring break and I know the crowds scare many but if you plan well it can be done and the weather is so nice. We have been in January, March, April, May, June, September. October, November and December. Weatherwise, March and November are our favorites.

We are planning on tent camping for 4 days at ft wilderness & would love to move to the boardwalk for second half of our trip. We'll have aps so we don't need a package just a hefty discount!

We are going to daytona beach for 3 nights for a wedding and then headed to wdw on march 8th.

Last year they announced it in September but for 2009 vacations I don't think they announced it until November or early December 2008.

Was that just for the 4/3 deal or was that also when they announced other codes as well? We've never been in March so I'm not sure when they usually release those codes for March.

I'm excited about going in March as I have never gone at this time. The week we are going it is to escape Mardi Gras in New Orleans, LA. I just hope it is not cold in Florida like last year.

Could you use the 4/3 deal for the value resorts or was it just moderate or deluxe? We are looking to go the last week of March to see my DS marching band march at the MK and really need a discount. We just returned from WDW and doing 2 trips within a year is really pushing it. It is a once in a lifetime thing to march at Disney so we really want to go. We always go in July or Aug and have never been in March. I know it will be crowded but we are use to the summer crowds. Looking forward to the cooler weather to see what that is like.

It applied to the values last year as 5/2. By 5 nights get 2 free.

We are going March 5-12 for Mardi Gras also. We are currently thinking of staying at Music, but if a good discount comes at we might try a Deluxe resort.

When I did the math this year the 5/2 deal (for mid-March, 7 nights) was only about $100 cheaper than the 4/3 deal at the moderates so we opted for the moderates.

Count me in too. We're planning on going back March 4 - 13 and hoping for a discount. I've received about 6 pins this year and couldn't use any of them because DH refused to go. Finally have him on board for 2011 so I'm going to cross my fingers for a pin or discount code.

4/3 went out to the gp on Sept 28 last year, so there is a chance that something will be out before Jan.
