Is there a difference between Fridays and weekends- early June?

In terms of crowds, in particular for the Harry Potter portions. We're taking our two DDs and our nephew's for one day with park hoppers and have either a Friday vs. Sat/Sun available for touring. Will Friday be significantly less crowded? We will be there 30 minutes before opening and head straight to Gringotts.

Next June. I'm looking at Friday June 9 or Sunday June 11. Wow. A year from today! How fun...
