Is there a definitive "how-to" on FP+ selection?

I did try searching, but with some many FP+ posts, it was hard to narrow.

Next Monday my FP+ window opens. I'm looking for a post that may run down how to make these via the site, linking them to everyone in your party, etc etc.

I used http://wdwprepschool.com/

She has a FP+ section with screen prints that walks you through the whole thing. I found it very helpful.

If you go to the top right of her home page and type in "fast pass" in the search bar it will bring up all kinds of tutorials and info such as the one below:
