someone told us that the kids have to be back to there rooms by a certain time at night and if they don't they are let go from the program just like if tehy were underage and got drinking.can anyone tell us if this is true or not.thanks

...no its not true... there is no curfew for CP's.... You are not allowed in a complex that is not your own past 1 am... and no guests past 1 am... but you can go wherever you want anytime you want and stay out as long as you want... as long as its not in another complex... stupid rule that i hate with a passion... but a rule none the less....

And if they do get caught in another complex past 1am chances are they will just get a warning and have guest privileged taken away and the next time they will be booted... depends on how froggy housing is feeling when they get ahold of you

I'm not completely sure about the specifics of the curfew rule but as far as I've heard (feel free to correct me anyone if I'm wrong) that "curfew" is 1AM and if there are any visitors at a CP's apartment (i.e. friends, family, other CP's from other complexes besides the one that he/she resides in), they have to be out of the apartment and the complex by 1AM. I think that's about as much as I know, like I said if anyone knows any further information feel free to chime in.

I don't believe this is true. There are times CP's can be scheduled to work until 3AM or later, so they couldn't kick them out for being at work.

And as others said- there is a rule, but only for being in other complexes.

squish86 and bellaDisneydncr are right. You can't be in a complex that is not yours after 1am, but there is no curfew. You can stay out of your apartment as long as you want. Just make sure you're not in someone else's if they live in Vista, Chatham, Patterson or Commons (the program complexes) and make sure the residents of those apartments are out of yours by 1am.

however you can have people from your complex over whenever you'd like. For example, my roommate's boyfriend pretty much loved here the entire program and since he also lives at Patterson, it was allowed (technically)
