Is there a charge for Bell Services now?

We leave in just over a month and so many things have changed since our last trip 3 years ago. I thought I had read somewhere that there is now a charge for bell services. Is this correct or is it still just tip only? We are staying at Boardwalk if that matters. Just want to be prepared.

I think there's a $6 charge now for them to bring up groceries you have shipped to the resort (Amazon Prime, GreenGrocer, etc), but bag services are still done by tip.

Almost. I would replace shipped to with delivered by and the charge is only incurred if Bell Services ultimately delivers the groceries to the guest room.
