Is there a bus from the TTC to MK?

On another thread, someone suggested taking the bus from the TTC to MK instead of the monorail or ferry. I know there is one if the monorail is down, but is it always running?

Generally speaking, it only operates when the monorail isn't...

when the monorail is under refurb
before the monorail starts daily operation
when there's extremely bad weather

Buses also run on mornings of expected high attendance, when the monorail and ferryboat together cannot move the crowds quickly enough. It's impossible to know in advance whether the buses will be running; the service is started and discontinued at the managers' discretion. Many times the buses are staged ready to go, but never activated, or run for just an hour or 2.
