Is there a better day to visit Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure

Hi all:

My wife and I are going to visit Uinversal Studios and Islands of Adventure for the first time on our trip starting this weekend.

We have Sunday & Monday set aside for the two parks.

Between these two days which park would you choose for each day and why?

Monday- US- Mondays tend to be a bit slower.. get to RRR FAST!!!
Tuesday- IOA- Head to the Hulk, then Spidey... enjoy!!!

At IOA also don't miss the Jurassic Park River Adventure, at U, don't miss the Mummy, MIB, Jaws, Terminator and Simpsons

I had planned on doing US the first day and IOA the 2nd day. We ended up doing US the 1st 1/2 of day one and then switching to IOA. The 2nd day we did the opposite. We started at IOA and switched to US after lunch. The walk isn't too bad - but a monorail between the 2 would be nice

That worked out well for us.
