Is there a 4 day max limit for park tickets?

Just booked hotel and tickets but 4 days was the max allowed.
We booked 7 nights and I'm wondering if we'll be able to add days.

No, you cannot do this anymore. Bad intel, park reservations required and so no upgrading or adding days to tickets anymore.

Did you book a Disney hotel package with tickets? I originally had problems getting different number of ticket days to show up when doing that. And different configurations would show up when I'd try again.

If so, maybe call and see if you can change your package. Or if your tickets separate you may be able to call and upgrade over phone. I wouldn't wait and try to do in person at ticket booths since you'll want to secure park reservations in advance.

Book room only and purchase 5 day tickets separately. If you only book a 3 night package, the max ticket offered will be a 4 day. Also, room only has a much more generous cancellation policy.
