Is there a 12 step program for?

Law and Order? How about that show Unwrapped on the Food Network. I just can't tear my eyes away. I swear Law and Order and all it's spin offs are on 24 hours a day. It's a wonder I ever leave.

OOO Is Unwrapped the one with Al Roker??? That is the best show!!!!!!!! It always makes me mad because I live to far away from all the places he goes to

this is going to sound crazy, but i find that od-ing on shows via my tv really helps. if i watch enough episodes back to back, i get bored with the show for awhile.

I had my TiVo record just about every L&O episode of every variety for about 2 weeks. I then had to take it off my subsciptions because I nearly filled up my whole hard drive.

But it was nice to have a good stock of them so that when I would turn on my TV and there wouldn't be an episode on of them, I could always turn to my TiVo.

Unwrapped is the show with Marc Summers from Double Dare. The show tells you how different foods are made. I love it, it reminds me of those videos they used to show on Mr. Rogers in the Picture frame. I love knowing how they made stuff. Al Roker does those traveling food shows. I like that one to.

I love the Unwrapped shows...what i'm hhoked on is the show "What Not To Wear" I keep telling my kids to put my name in...most of my clothes are outdated and way too big for me!
