Is there a 1-800 or is this just a legend

I was wondering shouldnt a company as large as Disney have a 1800 #. I usually call 2 or 3 times a day when I am trying to book something and its not avail. I eventually have always gotten it in the end but then i see my phone bill and So I was wondering is there 1 800# I know years ago there use to be one and then it was gone. Some people say they removed it cause little kids were calling asking for Mickey. I am a annual passholder and I been to Disney over 50 times shouldnt there be something?
