As noted by others, there is nothing like TGM for DLR. In truth, DLR is just not as complicated as WDW - two parks, three resort hotels, less dining options, and very little to do outside the parks that is Disney.
That said, some WDW vets conclude DLR is just "so small" that it is not that fun compared to WDW. And that is unfortunate, because DLR offers a number of advantages over WDW and has tons of Disney magic.
Another difference at DLR is that about 70% of the visitors are Southern California locals on day trips. At WDW only about 15% of the visitors are locals. Thus there is even less need for a TGM-like resource at DLR because there are many fewer folks coming from out of town who might need it.
For the above reasons, there are fewer planning resources for DLR as compared to WDW. One good resource, IMO, was mentioned already - RideMax.
