Is the WDW Castle Copyrighted??

I want to make a poster out of a WDW castle pic. from vacation. Is the castle copywriten???? The poster would be for my daughter's princess themed bedroom.

i believe you can make a poster no problem, everyone takes pictures of it and im sure other people have done this, so you should be able to do it, why not right?

Sticky issue. Pictures of buildings taken from a public street are fair game, but I don't know about building pictures taken on private property.

As long as it's for your use only, you're probably ok. If you're thinking of mass production, I suspect you'll have a problem.

Sam is correct...As long as you don't plan on selling the poster, you are okay. If you attempt to sell, watch how quickly the lawyers will descend!
