Is the soap opera cafe still in DCA? ABC Soap fans...

I can't remember the actual name of the restaurant but when we went there it was fun with the waiters acting out scenes & the sets from all the soaps I grew up with (and now that I'm a SAHM I occasianally get to see them!)....so, is it still there?
My mom's going in Nov & I'd like her to experience it.

It was where Playhouse Disney is now. I miss it. I loved the food (especially the Luke & Laura chocolate cake) and enjoyed the skits the wait staff used to perform in the restaurant. It was also very cool to feel like I was eating lunch on the set of GH.
