Is the Silver Magic Plan possible at SOG??

Hi!

We will be staying at SOG next December for the first time--we are not military, but we are bringing the inlaws, who are retired military.

I see they offer a LOS pass--can we upgrade this to the Silver plan??

No, you can't.

While SOG is treated as "on property" and gets most of the benefits of being on property (transportation, great location, LOS passes, etc) they do not have the packages. All of the billing is done through MWR (the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation department of the military) and money is paid to the resort/MWR, not Disney. The packages are offered by Disney.

That's got me thinking now. Are those packages available at the Swan, Dolphin, and DTD hotels? If so, wonder how they do that? And why they're not at SOG?

Anyone else got any insight on this?

I believe that these plans are exclusive to Disney hotels only.... the ones that you can book online at Disney.com.

They don't take any reservations for Swan/Dolphin or DTD hotels on the official Disney website.
