BUMP. I just got one yesterday. Haven't had a chance to take any "real" pics yet, so I am interested in anything others have to say as well. I have only taken some silly pics to try it out. They look pretty good. It has been raining since the camera arrived, so I haven't even been outside with it!
Last year I went to WDW with my digital Rebel, which I love, love, LOVE. But this year I wanted to be able to have something lighter, smaller, etc. My DH did the research and picked the 550 for me, so I know nothing about it! I realize that the action shots will not be as good as the Rebel, but I want to try out that feature for sure.
One thing I noticed right away is how FAST it turns on! You click the on button and it is ready almost instantly - way faster than my rebel.
The card it comes with only holds 14 photos, so I'll be investing in a better memory card ASAP!!! I will probably also get a small bag for it.
Any advice? Thoughts? Experience at WDW with it?
BTW Blue Eyes - I just got it a couple of days ago from the Dell site. It was on sale for $50 off and free shipping!

It takes great pics and the options are great. I just love the size of the camera- it fits nicely almost anywhere. The battery life last quite some time and the charge up time is about 30-60 min. I hope you like yours as well as I like mine.
