This will be our first repeat cruise, (on the same Sept 24th date BTW), what is involved in the guest party? Where are they normally held? I assume different amenities depending on the level?

We are sailing on this one too!

The party is for Gold (6 cruises or more) and Platinum (11 cruises or more) and is pretty fun. There are snacks and beverages as well as a quick video featuring the cruise line. Also, photo ops with Mickey and/or Minnie in sailing attire.

Sorry Bettyscruise, you'll have to wait to attend the reception until you complete more cruises - BUT, I believe you'll have a terrific cruise this time because you'll have so much more knowledge and tips...I find the next cruise experiences improve because so many things are familiar (even if you are on a different ship).
