Is the monorail running all day??

I read somewhere that the monorail may have been undergoing maintenance throughout the day. Is this completed? Is it currently down during parts of the day and if so, how long will this continue?

Jan. 21 - Mar. 21, 2014: Monorail - Magic Kingdom Resort Line - Restricted Service - Monorail service will be temporarily suspended on weekdays between 11:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Buses and watercraft transportation will be available.
