Is the Main Street Station done yet?

Anyone know this? Are the walls and scaffolding still up and all around the Main Street Station at Magic Kingdom?

If so, when are they due to come down?

I was there yesterday and the scaffolding is still up. Not sure when it will be all finished.

You wouldn't think it would take so long to spiff up that area.
