Extech had the right details. The 2 black balls are a signal to other ships/traffic in the area, telling them that the Dream is *NOT ABLE TO MANUVER*.. The Dream will have put out radio secruity calls about this as well as talking directly to any ship/traffic in the area. NO dangers.


These Ships today are very complex..anything can happen and cuase a problem. This happens more often then you would guess, we just hear about it more due to the great comunications. By the time you are reading this I am sure your back under way......Enjoy the cruise
