1) I believe it's four laps
2) dunno, never timed it, but if you walk at a brisk pace it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. If you saunter it could take awhile
if you're by the doors it doesn't take long because the ship is only a little more than 100 feet wide Ah, but you probably mean from forward to aft. Even though the ship is 965 feet long, you can't go the entire distance because in the forward section and in the aft section are "mechanical rooms" with lots of equipment used to when the ship is in port (tie lines and anchors). It should only take between 6 and 10 minutes to do a lap on deck 4 (longer or quicker depending upon how fast you walk). And surprisingly enough when the ship is in motion it seems like you walk faster going from front to back and longer from back to front (and now we are into "relativity")
If you go on a 4-day cruise, you will probably see the RCI Mariner of the Seas in port next to you. It is so huge it makes the Wonder look small by comparison. It has 15 decks and rates at 138,000 tons compared to the Wonder's 83,000.
Since it takes four laps of deck 4 to make a mile, and most healthy people walk a mile in 15-20 minutes, a lap takes 4-5 minutes. So it only takes 2-2.5 minutes to walk from one end of deck 4 to the other. (Longer if you're "strolling" instead of hiking.)
One of the first things that WOWS you is arriving at the port and seeing how big the ships actually are. Although the Magic and Wonder are not the biggest cruise ships afloat, they are IMHO just right.
