Is the load too much for Disney's website often? Getting this today...

Does anyone know how to do this online with an existing reservation? I'd love to try to apply the new discount for our upcoming trip. In the good ol' days, I used to just call and ask. But I know wait times are insane right now on the phone. Is there a way to attempt to modify your reservation online to get the new price? Thanks so much!

I think there is a Modify option on your existing reservation, you can see what's available for your dates.

Can't get in at the moment, so I'm not sure exactly where it is?

Yes. Go to My Plans. Click on the Change Reservation box. If there are any discounts available you'll see them there.

As I write this 8AM Pacific the "Wait time" is 45 minutes on line.

Never mind, it’s apparently for the general public. Should have searched first.

^ agreed. I would rather see a queue than the website not loading at all due to huge demand.

That said, don't get your hopes up too much if looking to change a reservation to the offer. The offers weren't available for my week in early May at my resort, so that was disappointing.

Of course when you get through the queue and then get a blank screen...less than impressed

Don't be too disappointed. They raised the rates and then put them "on sale," so the price is more. Gotta love Disney! 😂
