Not sure about New year's day but I know it's closed on Easter Sunday so it may be that the mall is not open on public holidays

The Mall at Millenia was open NYD in 2007 as we went there, so I am sure the FM would be open

And thanks too Claire - If Florida Mall isn't opened perhaps we'll try Mall at Millenia as we haven't been there yet!!

Just in case this is useful to anyone else - I received an email from the General Manager at the Florida Mall, who has confirmed that the Mall is open from 10am until 6pm on New Years Day!
