Is the Eiffel Tower back up yet in Epcot?

We were there 10/03 when it was removed for rehab. I just love the ambience it lends to World Showcase and want DD to be able to see it this time. Is it back? Melanie
 
yep...it's back up...it went back up around xmas time...
