Is the Dolphin or Swan still coming up for Priceline?

I was wondering if anyone has gotten these hotels on priceline? I remember back that some were lucky enough to get it, but I can't find the thread on search. For those who did, what * hotel did you use, location, etc? What were the other hotels that came up in the area? I have HIFS at $76 now, but, being the bargain hunter I am, am trying to find lower than that. Any help would be appreciated.

I recommend going to www.biddingfortravel.com and reading all the FAQ and info on Orlando hotels.

No matter what you are not guaranteed the Swan/Dolphin. I have used PL several times for Disney hotels and have gotten the Marriott Orlando World Center, Hilton DTD and Wyndham Palance DTD. All of them were VERY nice and I normally pay in the $60 range. I have NEVER gotten the Swan/Dolphin even when bidding up to $90.

A couple of months ago I got the Swan for $70 for our Oct trip. I decided today to priceline it again for one more night that I needed and got the Hilton in DD for $70.

thanks for the feedback. I am still anxious about paying for somewhere I don't know before hand. Guess I'll have to work up my nerves huh? The Hilton is good too. I would be happy with that.
