Reading all of the posts about problems with the FP+ system, the Disney defenders all seem to revert back to the fact that FP+ is still in the "testing" phase and that problems should be expected. My worry with this excuse is that it sounds very similar to what I was told over a year ago by a CM who was helping me with some problems with the Disneyworld.com website. At that time the CM was helping me make/modify some reservations because I was unable to complete the process on the website. I casually mentioned how disappointing the new system was with it's slow speed and numerous deficiencies. The CM said that she had heard many similar complaints and indicated that it was in the "testing" phase and hopefully the bugs would soon be resolved. Today, approximately 14 months later, the website seems just as bad as it was back then. It's one of the slowest websites I've seen and still has many of the same bugs. I know these systems are large and have a lot of users, but you would think that a company as big as Disney with all of it's resources and finances would at least be able to show some steady progress and improvement. I really hate to say it, but if the progress that I've seen with the Disney website is any indication, the bugs that we see in FP+ are going to be around for quite some time.
