Is the "Color Spin Dance" still a thing? (2025)

There was this thing called a "Color Spin Dance" and I think you were supposed to dress in the color of your favorite character? But how you knew that ahead of time, escapes me. A CM over the phone told me about it but couldn't really explain it in such a way that made me want to partake. Does it still exist? Is it fun? Going on the Fantasy soon (post DryDock).

We experienced it on our 7 night Disney Treasure sailing. It was listed on the app, I cannot remember which night (it was one of the nights without a traditional stage show) so we made it a point to go— I was honestly surprised because a lot of people didn’t attend and it was a highlight of the trip. Really fun, high-energy show with great music.

I think it’s a weird name. Calling it “Mickeys Dance Party” would get me there. I understand (now) that there’s a wheel involved. I’ll try to remember to check it out - thanks!

I love this event but the attendance is lower than it should be. No one really dresses for it (or would I expect them to) but it is a blast- especially if you love A Goofy Movie. It was only on longer sailings for us (7+ nights) but hopefully you have it on yours!
