Is the buffet any good at Princess Storybook Character Diner - Norway

I looked at the menu and it seems a bit out there.

My wife is Vegan.

I like the Princess idea but is the food worth going to the place?

I enjoyed it very much. The buffet is cold, salads, deli meats, etc... and then you order you own meal for your entree. I'm sure they could accomodate vegan diet. Plus the dessert is yummy. We had the nicest waitress when we went.

We love the food there. Although I am not a Vegan, I do prefer a non-meat dish every now and then, and they have (or use to) a pasta dish that is non-meat and very good. The desert is soooooo Yummy!!!! And the Princesses are very good there. Very personable. We always go there our first night, gotta start with Ariel. DD6 loves her!!!

We have always enjoyed dinner here and the princess experience is great. They now add in a nice professional photo with a princess as part of the deal. That said, I don't think there is enough on the salad bar buffet for a vegan to make a meal (salad veggies and fruit). There is a vegetable stuffed pasta entree but I don't know if it is vegan. If you'd like to go for the atmosphere/princesses, I would suggest calling the restaurant directly to see how they can accommodate a vegan. Be sure to ask about dessert too. They serve a family style dessert plate. The desserts are yummy but I'm pretty sure they feature dairy and eggs.

We went for breakfast and it was wonderful...but as someone mentioned I don't know if there is enough on the buffett for a vegan breakfast....


I could be wrong but I seem to recall, veg, fruit and lots of meat n cheese!
