i couldn’t get the app to work yesterday or today - is it working? Our trip starts tomorrow....

Working for me in Washington. If it is a PC, delete your cookies and reboot.

Works for me now. I know that about four months ago I was at the park and the app kept crashing. I simply updated it and it worked fine. Maybe that will help in your case?

Whenever I have problems with the app, I either look for an update or delete/reinstall the app. So far, those options have fixed the problem every time.
