In researching eticket nights I saw the wdwinfo that these rides can be accessed during eticket time:

Timekeeper
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain
Country Bear Jamboree
Astro Orbiter
Alien Encounter
Haunted Mansion
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

Are these the only rides open? That's hard for me to believe, but that's what it said.

Yes, Tomorrowland and Frontierland are the only lands that are open during e-nights. And you have to go through Liberty Square to get to Frontierland so they threw in the Haunted Mansion for good measure I suppose. But that's all of it except that I thought that the Tomorrowland Transit Authority was open instead of the Timekeeper. I believe that the Timekeeper never opens now.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised to find E nights as great fun! You really do get MK to yourself and those are the big ticket rides anyway! Happy planning!

Yes, that's what's open! There are also characters in front of the castle with practically no lines to see them and shopping on Main Street. We went to E-night on May 10th and it was so much fun! We did some shopping on the way out which was great because there were no crowds and no lines at the registers.

I will have to give this some serious thought. I am not sure it will be worth the Disney ticket if we arrive after dinner (no day in the park). What are your thoughts on this?

I think Enight is definitely worth doing! Our family had so much fun when we did it...never had to wait in lines, rode the rides multiple times!! Alot of fun for everyone! :)

Have a great time, no matter what you decide! :)

I don't know if an eride night is worth it if you have to blow a ticket day just to get in (you aren't going to the parks otherwise during the day). I know you have to have used a park ticket during an eride night in order to get an eride ticket. Do you actually have to enter the park??? I remember getting some sort of ticket/stamp or something at the MK the day I went to an eride night. If you had the kind of "length of stay" passes that come with the FT package I guess you wouldn't be out anything.

That being said, if the park is crowded at the time you are there the eride night is awesome. I was able just to stay on some rides and go through them over and over again without getting off. If you have folks who want to ride something like space mountain, splash mountain, buzz, etc. over and over and over again, this is the time to do it!

How much are the tickets for an e-ride night & do you get a discount with an AP?

I think E-night tickets are $12.00 and I'm pretty sure there are no discounts offered for them.
