I have 10 TS meals planned for our next trip during free dining in September. I do not plan on cancelling not one, but I am beginning to wonder if that is just too many for a nine day trip, well almost 2 days worth of traveling there and back so really just really 7 fulls days of disney. I guess if we do get tired of eating we can cancell some of them while we are there. Any one else have a similar situation?

We have 18 TS ADRs for our 10 day trip.

One on our first and last days then two per day the rest of the vacation.

Not canceling any of them!

lol-my first thought was "what a silly question!". As a foodie, 10 TS is NOT too many so don't let ANYONE tell you otherwise!!!

Have a WONDERFUL trip!!!!!

Will you please do a food trip report? :)

  Hi my daughter and i have 12 during our 8 day stay plus Alice Tea party and my American princess tea this way besides the park i feel we should get most of the charactors with ones in the park we want to see only thing is if you dont know who is where princess wise how do you know what to wear i am having a friend custom make some outfits so ifshow up as Belle shes not there do you have time to change to say Cinderrella etc it seems awkward thanks:banana:

our "most" ADRs was during a 15 night trip: had 20 ADRs then.....

(and didn't miss a single one!)

We usually eat at 2 TS restaurants a day. One is always breakfast or an early lunch, mostly breakfast, then the other is at dinner. The way we look at it is we have to eat anyway, & we prefer TS to CS. It works for us. I'm sure you'll enjoy every meal. :goodvibes

"Too much" definitely varies from person to person. If you're the type of person/family who enjoys eating out, that sounds fine, but if you're not that might be restrictive.

We made 9 ADRs for our last 8 day trip (7 dinners, one breakfast, and a grand tea), and we only ended missing on one of them. And when we did, it was not because we had too many reservations, our breakfast ADR just ended up being a little too early for us to make it when we were relying on Disney transportation to get around. (got to get on that bus EARLY to make an 8am character breakfast! ) We didn't feel overloaded with ADRs at all, and have 7 for our 6 day trip in October.

I totally agree. We usually stay 9 nights and I always book for lunch and dinner, and just cancel if I need to. It works great. Have a great trip. We do . . . and love our ADRs. :goodvibes

We have 21 scheduled for our 8 day trip. Wow typing that makes it sound like a lot! :)

For our 4-night trip next week we have 10 TS meals planned. But for us the dining experiences are a big part of our overall Disney trip.

We are of a different opinion as we limit ourselves to one TS per day. Two reasons:

1. For us, it's just too much food. We tried 2 TS meals once, lunch and dinner, with the dinner being Boma, and we could barely waddle out of AKL. We went back to our resort (YC) and spent an hour walking it off around Cresent Lake.

2. We enjoy so many other activities at WDW, that we don't want to spend too many hours out of our day sitting in restaurants. One per day is plenty.

As always, that's just our opinion. YMMV.

Right now, I have 15 booked for our 8 night trip. DH thinks that's too many, but my kids strangely enough, think we need them all. Ah, the stress of planning this type of vacation!

We have 23 scheduled for our eight night (nine day) trip in Sept. We have been enough times that we don't feel like we have to rush, rush, rush to do everything. We don't mind spending the time resting and taking our time in the restaurants. We are on the DxDDP, so will have appetizers, entrees, and desserts available to us, if we want them, but there is no rule that says we have to eat all of them and we have no intention of doing so. My mom is a diabetic and MUST eat three meals/day and we just prefer TS to CS, so the DxDDP works for us.

I'm probably not the best person to ask as we have 27 adrs for our 14 night stay, but I love relaxing with a nice dinner each night, so I would say 10 TS meals is definetely not too many.

Why would that be too many? If you want to eat all your meals at TS restaurants, that is completely up to you.

We had 14 or so for our 9 day trip....we did think it was too much because we had TS breakfast and TS dinner in the same day so we were too full for lunch or some fav snacks. When we go in Oct (9 days) we have just 3 TS breakfast and 4 TS dinners booked.

We have 10 ADRs for a 9 day trip and we even have a free day where we'll make a last minute ADR while we're down there. Definitely not too many.
