Is T-rex owned by Disney?

Is the new T-rex restaurant owned by Disney? For some reason I thought it was owned by the company that owns Rainforest Cafe. Or maybe it's neither. I can't figure it out. Does anyone know?

It's owned by the Landry restaurant group.

Vivky is right, and Landry's also owns Rainforest Cafe and Yak & Yeti at Animal Kingdom.
